Park is the heavy-duty broadcast parking deck system, built at 2 mm or 3 mm as a resin base with coarse aggregate broadcast, de-sanded and sealed with a tough top coat. Grip is the anti-skid ramp system, a three-part broadcast available in a heat-reflective and UV-stable option. Park is for the deck area, Grip is for the slopes, turns and entry ramps where tyres lose traction.

By a recognised wet test method rather than by claim. The current reference for wet dynamic coefficient of friction is ANSI A326.3. Any figure quoted for a system is per the product TDS and applies to that finish, that texture and that state of cleanliness, not to the floor once it is worn or contaminated.

Usually yes, in phases. Decks are normally handed over bay by bay or level by level so that part of the parking stays open, but the phasing has to be planned around cure times and vehicle access rather than decided on site. Because they take punishment an internal floor never sees. Point loading and tyre scuffing at turning circles, standing water, oil and fuel drips, thermal movement in exposed decks, and heavy braking at ramps. A system that is fine inside a warehouse can be the wrong choice on an exposed deck.

They are related but not the same question. A wearing coat protects the surface and gives traction, while stopping water reaching the structure below is a separate design decision that depends on the deck build-up and the detailing at joints and upstands.
