Yes. POLYZEN is an authorised applicator of leading international manufacturers, so a consultant’s specification can be delivered exactly as written. It can also be delivered in a POLYZEN system where that is the better fit. What does not change is who surveys the substrate, who lays the floor and who answers for the workmanship afterwards.
Yes. POLYZEN INDIA is based at Bachupally, Hyderabad, and supplies and applies across India.
It is part of the work, and it is the part that decides whether the floor lasts. Grinding or shot-blasting, crack and joint treatment, moisture assessment and priming are specified from what the survey finds rather than assumed. Most coating failures trace back to preparation that was skipped.
After a look, not before. Waterproofing is a POLYZEN Applied System and the specification depends on what is leaking, the water pressure the structure faces, the substrate condition and what the space is used for. The site inspection is free.
After a final inspection, with a written system warranty. Warranty terms are confirmed per system, site condition and project scope.
