OVERVIEW

Flooring for Warehousing & Logistics

Warehousing and logistics floors take relentless forklift and MHE traffic, point loads from racking, and demand flatness, durability and dust control. POLYZEN engineers seamless, abrasion-resistant epoxy and PU systems with anti-skid ramps and line marking — keeping aisles fast, safe, dust-free and built to last.

INDUSTRY REQUIREMENTS

What a Warehouse Floor Must Deliver

Every requirement below maps to an operational or safety driver — not a cosmetic one.

01

Abrasion Resistance

Survives constant forklift and pallet-truck traffic without wear.

02

Point-Load Capacity

Carries loaded racking legs and MHE wheel loads.

03

Joint-Free Surface

Smooth, seamless running for VNA trucks and MHE.

04

Dust-Proofing

Seals concrete to protect goods and air quality.

05

Anti-Skid Ramps

Safe grip on inclines, loading docks and ramps.

06

Line Marking

Aisle, walkway and safety-zone demarcation.

07

Surface Regularity

Flat, even floors for high-bay and VNA racking.

08

Fast Return-to-Service

Rapid-cure options to keep dispatch running.

03
STANDARDS & PERFORMANCE

Engineered to Support Operations & Safety

Warehouse floors are judged on durability, flatness and safety. POLYZEN systems are specified to support all three — with values stated Per TDS or per project survey.

TIER 1 · SAFETY

Warehouse Safety / Factories Act

Supports safe operations with anti-skid, dust-free and demarcated floor surfaces.

TIER 2 · PERFORMANCE

Abrasion Resistance

Supports high-traffic durability; abrasion values stated Per TDS.

TIER 2 · PERFORMANCE

Point-Load / Compressive

Supports racking and MHE loading; strength values stated Per TDS.

TIER 3 · REGULARITY

Surface Flatness

Supports flatness for high-bay and VNA aisles; tolerances confirmed per project survey.

TIER 3 · ENVIRONMENT

Dust-Free / Low-VOC

Supports clean, contamination-free storage with dust-proof, low-VOC systems.

Material performance values are stated Per TDS; flatness tolerances are confirmed per project survey. POLYZEN supplies and applies flooring systems engineered to support facility operations and safety; verification rests with the operator.

CRITICAL ZONES MAP

The Right System for Each Zone

A warehouse is not one floor — it is many. POLYZEN specifies zone-by-zone, not one finish for everything.

FAQ

Warehousing & Logistics Flooring — FAQ

What is the best flooring for a warehouse?
Seamless, abrasion-resistant epoxy (ZENFLOR Pro) is ideal for racking aisles and dispatch, with heavy-duty ZENFLOR Sovereign for traffic lanes and battery areas, and PU concrete for cold storage. POLYZEN specifies zone-by-zone for durability and flatness.
Can the floor handle forklift traffic and racking loads?
Yes. The systems are abrasion-resistant and point-load rated for forklift, MHE and loaded racking legs. The exact abrasion and compressive values are stated Per TDS.
Will the floor prevent concrete dusting?
Yes. The systems seal friable concrete to eliminate dust, protecting stored goods, equipment and air quality.
Do you provide anti-skid ramps and line marking?
Yes. ZENDECK Grip provides anti-skid coating for ramps and inclines, along with aisle and safety-zone line marking across the facility.
Is the flooring suitable for cold storage?
Yes. PU concrete systems (ZENPU Cretescreed) handle thermal cycling and low-temperature conditions in cold-storage areas.
Can floors be flat enough for high-bay VNA racking?
Yes. Floors can be laid to defined flatness tolerances for high-bay and VNA aisles. Exact tolerances are confirmed per project survey.
