What is Self-Leveling Epoxy Flooring?
Self-leveling epoxy flooring is a seamless resin floor poured in a flowable liquid state that spreads and settles into a smooth, level, joint-free surface. It bonds to a prepared concrete substrate through a primer and a self-smoothing body coat, producing a hard-wearing, hygienic and easy-to-clean finish ideal for industrial, pharmaceutical, electronics and commercial floors.
Thickness, primer and seal are specified to the substrate condition and service load — not a fixed one-size pour. Substrate moisture and strength are verified before any coating is applied, so the floor is engineered for its environment rather than simply installed.
How the System Is Built
A self-leveling epoxy floor is an engineered stack — every layer has a job. Tap any layer to see its role.
Clear Seal Coat
An optional clear seal can be applied over the body coat to lift abrasion and chemical resistance and deliver an easy-clean, low-maintenance surface. Gloss level and slip rating are specified to suit the environment. System values: Per TDS.
POLYZEN ZENFLOR Pro (ZF-300)
This floor is delivered using POLYZEN ZENFLOR Pro (ZF-300) — a self-leveling epoxy system, formulated and manufactured by POLYZEN.
Is Self-Leveling Epoxy Right for Your Floor?
An honest spec saves cost and rework. Here is where this system performs — and where POLYZEN would steer you to a different build.
Ideal For
- ✓Warehousing & light-to-medium manufacturing — seamless, abrasion-ready floors under regular traffic.
- ✓Pharma, electronics & F&B — joint-free, hygienic, easy-clean surfaces.
- ✓Commercial & institutional spaces — a level, low-maintenance finish with a clean aesthetic.
Specify With Care
- !Thermal shock / steam wash-down — consider PU Concrete (ZENPU Cretescreed) instead.
- !Constantly wet or high-slip zones — specify an anti-skid finish into the system.
- !Aggressive chemical exposure — step up to a novolac build (ZENFLOR Sovereign).
Engineered & Method-Referenced
A self-leveling epoxy floor is specified to the wear, loading and hygiene demands of its environment. POLYZEN references recognised international test methods, and the system supports compliance with applicable project specifications. Product-specific results are confirmed in the TDS.
Test methods are cited as references; tested performance values for ZENFLOR Pro (ZF-300) are confirmed in the product TDS. POLYZEN does not publish fabricated specification figures or certification claims.
The Application Process
