The ZENSTAT Range
ZENSTAT is POLYZEN's range of ESD (electrostatic discharge) control flooring systems, available in three formulated grades — Prime, Dissipative, and Conductive. Each is a pre-measured kit engineered to control static for a specific level of sensitivity, from grounded base systems to fully conductive floors for the most demanding electronics and hazardous environments.
Three Systems, One Standard
ZENSTAT Prime
A static-control base system with integrated earthing — the conductive primer and copper-grid groundwork that anchors a complete ESD floor to a reliable discharge path.
- ESD groundwork & earthing integration
- Conductive primer + copper grid
- Foundation for dissipative / conductive coats
ZENSTAT Dissipative
A static-dissipative epoxy that bleeds charge away in a controlled, resistive path — protecting sensitive electronics and meeting standard ESD-controlled area requirements.
- Electronics assembly & ESD-controlled areas
- Controlled, resistive discharge
- Resistance range per TDS
ZENSTAT Conductive
A fully conductive epoxy providing the lowest-resistance, fastest discharge path — built for the most static-sensitive electronics and hazardous or explosive-risk environments.
- Hazardous, defence & critical electronics
- Fastest, lowest-resistance discharge
- Maximum static control (Per TDS)

Which ZENSTAT System Should You Choose?
The right system depends on your sensitivity level and the standard you must meet. Use this quick guide — or request a free ESD assessment and we'll specify it for you.
For projects that need the conductive primer, copper grid and grounding network every ESD floor is built on.
For electronics assembly, server rooms and labs needing a controlled, static-dissipative floor.
For the most static-sensitive electronics and hazardous or explosive-risk zones needing a fully conductive floor.
