Maintenance & AMC
A floor that is already in service needs a different contract from a floor being built. POLYZEN audits what is failing, repairs or recoats what can be saved, and holds a rate contract for the running work that never stops, on floors POLYZEN installed and on floors installed by someone else. You pay for work measured, not for a year booked in advance.
How a POLYZEN rate contract works
Site Audit & Diagnosis
The floor is walked, the failure is mapped and the cause is identified, whether substrate, moisture, chemical attack, traffic or the original installation, before any rate is quoted.
Scope & Rate Schedule
Every kind of work the floor is likely to need is listed and priced once, for the year. Anything outside the agreed rates enters the purchase order only through a separate quotation, approved before work begins.
Open Purchase Order
You raise a single open purchase order against an estimate of the year of work. Individual jobs are released against it as they arise.
Work on Call or on Site
Depending on the load, a technician attends on call, or a crew stays deployed on site so small failures are closed in the week they appear.
Measurement of Every Job
Each job is measured and recorded as it is completed, with the area, the system used and the exact location written down.
Consolidated Billing
Measurements are consolidated into a single bill every fortnight or month, and processed on your own payment terms.

Frequently asked questions
What does the POLYZEN AMC actually cover?
It is a rate contract rather than a fixed annual fee. Rates for each kind of maintenance work are agreed for the year, you raise an open purchase order, and jobs are carried out and measured as they arise.
How is an AMC billed?
Every completed job is measured, and the measurements are consolidated into a single bill each fortnight or month, processed on your own payment terms. You pay for work measured, not for a year booked in advance.
What happens if work is needed that is not in the rate schedule?
It does not enter the purchase order automatically. A separate quotation is raised for that work, and it begins only after that quotation is approved.
Does POLYZEN maintain floors it did not install?
Yes. A site audit establishes the existing system, its condition and the cause of failure first, and the maintenance scope is built from what is actually on the ground.
How does the crew attend site?
Either on call, where a technician attends when a job is raised, or as a deployed crew that stays on site where maintenance work is continuous. The engagement is agreed at the start of the contract.
Can a worn floor be recoated instead of replaced?
Often, yes. Adhesion and substrate condition are checked first, and where the existing system is sound the floor is prepared and recoated rather than removed and rebuilt.
Is your floor already in service?
Tell us what the floor is doing today. We will audit it, quote the work, and where it makes sense, put it on a rate contract.
