It is free and there is no call. You can work through all four questions and see the figure without giving any contact detail. A mobile number and email are asked for only at the point where you want the PDF sent to you.
No, and the document says so at the top. It is a budget estimate, produced before anyone has seen your slab. A quotation comes after a site survey and is issued line by line against a written specification.
Accurate enough to plan a budget, not to sign a contract on. The material side is worked from current rates, but the final number moves with what the survey finds: slab condition, the preparation method that condition demands, moisture, access, and how long the area can be shut down.
Usually thickness, preparation and primer. A floor quoted at a thin coating and a floor quoted as a self-levelling build are different systems doing different jobs, and skipped surface preparation is the cheapest way to make a quotation look competitive. It does not put a figure on waterproofing, and that is deliberate. Every leak is its own case, and pricing one without seeing the surface would be poor advice. Waterproofing is delivered as a POLYZEN Applied System and is quoted after a free site inspection.
