How a POLYZEN deck system is built
Survey & Mechanical Preparation
Diamond grinding or shot-blasting removes the weak laitance layer and opens the deck profile for a true mechanical bond.
Crack & Joint Treatment
Cracks, joints, and movement points are repaired and detailed — decks flex and move, so this step prevents future failure.
Priming
A penetrating primer seals the deck and locks the coating system to the slab.
System Build-Up
