Anti-Skid
Ramp CoatingHIGH-GRIP · SLOPED · TYRE-SAFE
A heavy aggregate-broadcast grip system built for the one place tyres lose traction — the ramp. A dense, coarse anti-skid profile is locked into a tough resin build over a mechanically prepared incline, giving vehicles reliable grip on slopes, turns and entry/exit ramps in any weather.
What is Anti-Skid Ramp Coating?
Anti-skid ramp coating is a high-traction resin system engineered for the steepest, most slip-prone part of any parking structure — the ramp. On an incline, braking and turning tyres need far more grip than a flat deck, so the system broadcasts a coarse, graded aggregate densely into a tough resin build over a mechanically prepared slope. The result is an aggressive, durable anti-skid profile that holds vehicles on entry and exit ramps, basement spirals and turning circles, wet or dry. It is the dedicated ZENDECK grip system for sloped and high-traction surfaces.
How the System Is Built
A ramp is built for grip first — a heavier aggregate broadcast than a flat deck, locked down over a sound, mechanically prepared slope. Tap any layer to see its role.
Encapsulating Grip Topcoat
A tough top coat encapsulates the coarse aggregate without burying its profile, locking the grip in place and sealing the surface against oil, water and abrasion for a long-wearing, high-traction ramp. System values: Per TDS.
Built with ZENDECK Grip (ZK-300)
This ramp is delivered using ZENDECK Grip (ZK-300) — POLYZEN's anti-skid ramp system, formulated and manufactured by POLYZEN and applied turnkey with survey, mechanical preparation, heavy aggregate broadcast and warranty.
Grip Where It Matters Most
A ramp concentrates every traction risk in one place — slope, braking, turning and water runoff. A standard floor finish is not enough. ZENDECK Grip uses a heavier, coarser broadcast than a flat deck to give vehicles a positive bite on the incline. Performance is confirmed on the product TDS.
Aggregate grade, broadcast rate and build are specified per ramp gradient and traffic. For fully sun-exposed ramps a UV-stable or PU-based topcoat is specified. POLYZEN confirms finished values on the product TDS and does not publish fabricated figures.
The Application Process
Inspect & Assess
Survey gradient, traffic and water runoff, check moisture and review the existing ramp condition.
Prepare & Prime
Diamond-grind or shot-blast the slope, repair cracks and spalls, then apply the bonding primer.
Build & Broadcast
Resin body coat → heavy coarse aggregate broadcast to refusal → cure and remove loose aggregate.
Seal & Handover
Encapsulating grip topcoat, final inspection, slip-profile check and written warranty.
