What is High-Build Epoxy Coating?
High-build epoxy coating is a thick, roller- or squeegee-applied epoxy film that seals and protects concrete floors in two generous coats. It dust-proofs the slab, resists abrasion and chemicals, and lifts cleanability — a fast, cost-effective floor upgrade for warehouses, workshops and service areas where a full screed is not required.

High-Build Epoxy Coating
A thick epoxy coating is applied in two high-build coats by roller or squeegee, sealing the concrete into a durable, dust-proof, easy-clean surface. Gloss level and slip option are specified to the use of the area. System values: Per TDS.
POLYZEN ZENFLOR Coat (ZF-100)
This floor is delivered using POLYZEN ZENFLOR Coat (ZF-100) — a high-build epoxy coating, formulated and manufactured by POLYZEN.
Engineered Performance
A high-build epoxy coating is specified to seal, dust-proof and protect concrete cost-effectively. POLYZEN tests against recognised methods; product-specific results are confirmed in the TDS.
A high-build coating protects and seals concrete; where heavy impact or aggregate strength is needed, a self-leveling or mortar system is specified instead. Tested values for ZENFLOR Coat (ZF-100) are confirmed in the product TDS.

Prepare & Apply
Diamond grind / shot-blast → epoxy primer → two high-build coats by roller / squeegee.
