What is ZENFLOR Coat (ZF-100)?
ZENFLOR Coat is a high-build, two-part protective epoxy coating from POLYZEN. Roller or squeegee applied, it forms a tough, chemical-resistant, easy-to-clean film that protects concrete floors, walls and structures in industrial and commercial environments. Supplied as a pre-measured kit, formulated and manufactured by POLYZEN.
A Pre-Measured System
Every ZENFLOR Coat kit ships with components pre-measured for on-site accuracy — open, blend to the specified ratio, and apply. No guesswork, consistent results.
Epoxy Resin
Pigmented high-build epoxy resin — the protective film base of the system.
Hardener
Curing agent matched to the resin for a tough, fully cross-linked film.
Mix ratio, pack weights and cure data are published on the product Technical Data Sheet (TDS). Formulation is proprietary to POLYZEN.

Full tested values are listed on the product TDS. Figures below will be populated from verified test reports.
