What is ZENPU Cretescreed (ZP-300)?
ZENPU Cretescreed is POLYZEN's heavy-duty polyurethane cement screed — the flagship of the ZENPU range. Trowel-applied as a dense, monolithic screed, it withstands thermal shock, steam cleaning, aggressive chemicals and heavy mechanical loading, making it the benchmark floor for wet and demanding processing environments. Supplied as a pre-measured kit, formulated and manufactured by POLYZEN.
A Pre-Measured System
Every ZENPU Cretescreed kit ships with components pre-measured for on-site accuracy — open, blend to the specified ratio, and trowel-apply. No guesswork, consistent results.
PU Resin
Polyurethane resin base that binds the cementitious screed matrix.
Hardener
Curing agent matched to the resin for a dense, chemically resistant floor.
Cementitious Aggregate
Graded cementitious aggregate that gives the screed its body, strength and thermal-shock resistance.
ZENPU Cretescreed is a three-part polyurethane cement screed, trowel-applied at screed thickness. Mix ratio, pack weights and cure data are published on the product Technical Data Sheet (TDS). Formulation is proprietary to POLYZEN.
