OVERVIEW

What is Marble / Veined Epoxy Flooring?

Marble or veined epoxy flooring is a seamless decorative system that mimics the look of natural marble — soft base tones overlaid with flowing, hand-drawn veins set into clear epoxy. Unlike real stone, it has no joints, no grout lines and no porosity to trap dirt or stains. The finished floor delivers the luxury of marble as one continuous, monolithic surface, sealed under a clear topcoat for abrasion and chemical resistance.

THE POLYZEN SYSTEM

How the System Is Built

A veined epoxy floor is a layered decorative system — the marble effect is created in the upper coats, the strength in the lower ones. Tap any layer to see its role.

Clear Protective Topcoat

UV-Stable Seal

A clear, UV-stable protective topcoat seals the marble effect — adding abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and the final gloss or satin sheen. This wear surface keeps the veined look intact for years. System values: Per TDS.

FINISH & PERFORMANCE

The Beauty of Marble — Without the Joints

A veined epoxy floor is specified for the appearance of natural stone, then engineered to outperform it in hygiene and maintenance. POLYZEN tests against recognised methods; product-specific results are confirmed in the TDS.

Per TDS

Because veins are hand-drawn, the pattern of each floor is unique and cannot be exactly reproduced — that is the nature of the finish. Tested performance values are confirmed in the product TDS; POLYZEN does not publish fabricated specification figures.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is marble / veined epoxy flooring?
It is a seamless decorative epoxy floor that recreates the look of natural marble — a pigmented base with hand-drawn flowing veins, sealed under a clear topcoat. It delivers the appearance of marble as one continuous surface, with no joints, grout lines or porosity.
How is it different from real marble?
Real marble comes in slabs with joints and is porous, so it stains and needs sealing. A veined epoxy floor is fully seamless and non-porous, far more resistant to stains and chemicals, easier to clean, and applied as one monolithic surface — usually at lower cost than natural stone.
Can the marble pattern be customised?
Yes. Base tone, vein colour and pattern density are all selected to your space. Because the veining is hand-drawn, every floor is unique — a reference sample is prepared and signed off before application so you know the style you will get.
Which POLYZEN product is used?
Marble / veined floors are delivered using ZENDÉCOR Veina (ZD-V), POLYZEN's veined decorative epoxy system. The exact build-up and topcoat are confirmed during survey based on the area and traffic.
Is it slippery or hard to maintain?
The sealed surface is smooth and very easy to clean — no grout to scrub. Where slip resistance is needed, an anti-skid additive can be specified into the clear topcoat. Routine cleaning keeps the marble effect looking new.
Does POLYZEN provide a warranty?
Yes. Every installation is handed over with a final inspection and a written system warranty, with terms confirmed per project scope and substrate condition.
