Epoxy Injection
GroutingSTRUCTURAL · LOW-VISCOSITY · CRACK-BONDING
A structural crack-repair system that drives a low-viscosity epoxy resin into the full depth of a concrete crack. Surface ports are set, the crack is sealed, and resin is injected under controlled pressure to refusal — welding the crack faces back together and restoring load transfer across the section.
What is Epoxy Injection Grouting?
Epoxy injection grouting is a structural repair method that re-bonds cracked concrete from the inside. A low-viscosity, high-strength epoxy resin is injected through surface ports placed along a crack and driven under controlled pressure until it travels the full depth and width of the fissure. As it cures, the resin welds the two faces of the crack back together — restoring monolithic strength, transferring load across the section again and sealing the path that lets water and air reach the reinforcement. It is delivered as a POLYZEN Applied System, surveyed and installed by trained applicators.
How the Repair Is Built
A crack is repaired from the inside out — cleaned, ported, sealed, then injected to refusal so the resin welds the full section. Tap any stage to see its role.
Cure, Port Removal & Finish
The injected resin is left to cure and develop full strength, then the surface ports and seal cap are removed and ground flush. What remains is a crack welded across its full depth, with structural continuity restored. System values: Per TDS.
Delivered as a POLYZEN Applied System
This repair is delivered as a POLYZEN Applied System — surveyed, specified and installed turnkey by trained applicators using structural-grade injection resins, calculated port placement and controlled-pressure technique. Materials and method are selected per crack type, width and structural assessment.
Strength Restored From the Inside
A surface patch hides a crack; injection repairs it. By driving a low-viscosity structural epoxy through the full depth of the fissure, the system re-bonds the concrete so load transfers across the section again and the ingress path to the steel is sealed. Resin grade and pressure are matched to each crack. Performance is confirmed on the product TDS.
Resin viscosity, port spacing and injection pressure are specified per crack width, depth and movement. Moving or actively leaking cracks are assessed and treated before structural injection. POLYZEN confirms finished values on the product TDS and does not publish fabricated figures.
The Application Process
Inspect & Assess
Survey crack type, width and movement, identify the cause and check for active leaks or ongoing movement.
Clean & Port
Clean the crack of dust and contamination, then fix injection ports along it at calculated spacing.
Seal & Inject
Cap the crack face, then inject low-viscosity epoxy port-by-port under controlled pressure to refusal.
Finish & Handover
Cure, remove ports, grind flush, final inspection and written warranty.
