What is ZENFLOR Coat (ZF-100)?
ZENFLOR Coat is a high-build, two-part protective epoxy coating from POLYZEN. Roller or squeegee applied, it forms a tough, chemical-resistant, easy-to-clean film that protects concrete floors, walls and structures in industrial and commercial environments. Supplied as a pre-measured kit, formulated and manufactured by POLYZEN.
A Pre-Measured System
ZENFLOR Coat is built from two POLYZEN materials, each supplied as a pre-measured kit and covered by its own Technical Data Sheet. The primer is overcoated the same working day, so a 1 mm floor is completed in a single continuous operation, bay by bay.
ZENPRIME 100
Solvent-free epoxy primer that penetrates and seals the slab, with adhesion on damp and green concrete. 0.18 kg/m².
ZENTOP SL 100 — 1.0 mm
Pigmented self-levelling wearing coat, filler graded to 0.3 mm so no aggregate telegraphs through. 2.00 kg/m².
Mix ratio, pack weights and cure data are published on the product Technical Data Sheet (TDS). Formulation is proprietary to POLYZEN.
