OVERVIEW

What is ZENSTAT Conductive (ZS-300)?

ZENSTAT Conductive is POLYZEN's conductive ESD floor — the flagship of the ZENSTAT range. With the lowest electrical resistance of the three ZENSTAT floors, it carries static charge to ground almost instantly, eliminating the risk of a damaging or igniting discharge. It is the benchmark floor for the most demanding electronics and explosive-risk environments. Supplied as a pre-measured kit and installed over a dense copper earthing grid as a grounded ESD system, formulated and manufactured by POLYZEN.

KIT COMPOSITION

A Pre-Measured System

Every ZENSTAT Conductive kit ships with components pre-measured for on-site accuracy — open, blend to the specified ratio, and apply over the prepared copper grid. Consistent conductive performance, no guesswork.

PART A

Conductive Epoxy Resin

Highly conductive epoxy resin base that carries the floor's rapid charge-to-ground performance.

PART B

Hardener

Curing agent matched to the resin for a durable, chemically resistant conductive floor.

PART C

Conductive Aggregate

Graded conductive aggregate that builds an even, continuous conductive path across the surface.

FAQ

Common Questions

What is ZENSTAT Conductive (ZS-300)?
ZENSTAT Conductive is POLYZEN's conductive ESD floor and the flagship of the ZENSTAT range. It has the lowest electrical resistance of the three ZENSTAT floors, carrying static charge to ground almost instantly to prevent any damaging or igniting discharge. It is the benchmark for the most demanding electronics and explosive-risk environments, supplied as a pre-measured kit and installed over a dense copper earthing grid as a grounded ESD system, formulated and manufactured by POLYZEN.
What is the difference between conductive and static-dissipative ESD floors?
A conductive floor offers very low resistance, so static charge flows to ground almost instantly — the right choice where the most sensitive components are handled or where a spark could ignite explosives or flammable vapours. A static-dissipative floor uses a higher-resistance path for a slower, gentler discharge suited to general sensitive-electronics work. POLYZEN offers both — Conductive (ZS-300) and Dissipative (ZS-200) — plus entry-level anti-static Prime (ZS-100).
Where is ZENSTAT Conductive used?
It suits semiconductor fabrication, electronics manufacturing and cleanrooms, munitions and explosives plants, fuel and petrochemical facilities, defence and aerospace, and battery and cell manufacturing — the most critical environments where charge must be removed instantly.
Which ESD standards apply to ZENSTAT Conductive?
It is designed for the conductive resistance band recognised by IEC 61340-5-1 and ANSI/ESD S20.20, the international framework for ESD control, where conductive flooring sits at the lower-resistance end of the scale. Verified resistance values are confirmed on the product Technical Data Sheet from test reports.
Does ZENSTAT Conductive need earthing and grounding?
Yes, and it is critical for a conductive floor. ZENSTAT Conductive is installed over a dense copper earthing grid bonded to the building's earth, giving charge a continuous low-resistance path to ground. POLYZEN sets up these grounding connections as part of the applied system.
Can POLYZEN supply and install ZENSTAT Conductive?
Yes. POLYZEN manufactures ZENSTAT Conductive and offers it both as supply-only kits for trade partners and applicators, and as a turnkey applied system covering survey, surface preparation, copper-grid earthing, application and warranty.
