Decorative Flooring
Decorative flooring combines seamless resin technology with high-design finishes — metallic flows, marbled veins, broadcast flakes, and quartz textures — to deliver floors that are as durable as they are striking. POLYZEN engineers each decorative floor as a complete system, pairing showroom-grade aesthetics with the chemical resistance and seamless hygiene of industrial resin, for showrooms, retail, hospitality, offices, and premium residences.
How a POLYZEN decorative floor is built
Survey & Mechanical Preparation
Diamond grinding or shot-blasting removes the weak laitance layer and opens the concrete profile for a true mechanical bond.
Moisture & Substrate Control
Substrate moisture and soundness are assessed; cracks, pinholes, and low spots are repaired so the decorative layer lays flawlessly.
Priming
A penetrating epoxy primer seals the concrete and locks the system to the slab.
Decorative Build-Up
The defining layer — metallic pigment flow, veined pour, flake broadcast, or quartz texture — hand-worked to the design intent.
Clear Seal & Protection
Multiple clear topcoats lock in the finish and add abrasion, UV, and chemical resistance; anti-slip texture added where needed.
Cure & Handover
Controlled cure, inspection, and staged return-to-service.

Frequently asked questions
What is decorative flooring?
A family of seamless resin floor systems — metallic, marble-veined, flake, quartz, and terrazzo — that combine high-design finishes with the durability and chemical resistance of industrial resin.
Is decorative epoxy flooring durable?
Yes — beneath the finish it is a full industrial resin system, sealed with clear protective topcoats for abrasion, chemical, and everyday wear resistance.
Can decorative floors be made slip-resistant?
Yes — an anti-slip texture can be built into the clear seal, which makes quartz and flake systems especially suited to areas needing both looks and grip.
Where is decorative flooring used?
In showrooms, retail, hospitality, cafés, offices, salons, studios, and premium residences — anywhere a seamless, striking, hard-wearing floor is wanted.
Is every metallic floor unique?
Yes — metallic and marble systems are hand-worked, so the final flow and veining pattern is one-of-a-kind to each installation.
Which decorative system is right for my space?
It depends on the look you want, the traffic, and slip-safety needs — POLYZEN surveys the space and engineers the right decorative system.
