What is PU Screed Flooring?
PU screed flooring is a trowel-applied polyurethane-cement screed laid not just as a flat floor but shaped to the geometry a process area needs — graded to falls so water and effluent run to drains, formed into integral coving at wall junctions, and built to varying thickness profiles. It delivers a seamless, hygienic, heavy-duty surface engineered for wet-process and wash-down environments.

Coving & Drainage Detailing
The screed is finished with integral coving at wall and plinth junctions, graded falls toward gullies and channels, and sealed detailing around drains and equipment bases. These details eliminate dirt traps and direct wash-water cleanly to drainage. System values: Per TDS.
POLYZEN ZENPU Cretescreed (ZP-300)
This floor is delivered using POLYZEN ZENPU Cretescreed (ZP-300) — a heavy-duty polyurethane-cement screed system, formulated and manufactured by POLYZEN.
Engineered Performance
A PU screed is specified to the drainage, thermal and mechanical demands of its area. POLYZEN tests against recognised methods; product-specific results are confirmed in the TDS.
Tested performance values for ZENPU Cretescreed (ZP-300) are confirmed in the product TDS. POLYZEN does not publish fabricated specification figures.
The Application Process
Inspect & Assess
Substrate survey, moisture testing, and survey of existing falls, drains and junctions.
Design & Specify
Falls, coving, drainage detailing and screed thickness profile specified to the area.
Prepare & Apply
Diamond grind / shot-blast → bonding primer → trowel-applied screed laid to falls → coving & drain detailing.
Cure & Handover
Controlled cure, final inspection, fall/drainage checks and written warranty.
