What is Stamped Concrete Flooring?
Stamped concrete is a decorative technique in which fresh concrete is coloured, then imprinted with textured mats or stamps to mimic natural materials — flagstone, cobblestone, brick, slate or timber — before it sets. After curing, it is sealed for durability and colour protection. The result is a single, joint-free surface with the look of premium paving but the strength and lower cost of concrete, ideal for large outdoor and high-traffic landscaped areas.
How the System Is Built

Protective Sealer
Once cured, a protective sealer is applied to lock in the colour, enrich the finish, and protect the surface from water, UV, abrasion and stains. Re-sealing periodically renews the look over its service life. System values: Per Project Specification.

Pattern, colour scheme and sealer are designed per project and re-sealing maintains the finish over time. POLYZEN specifies finished values on the project specification and does not publish fabricated figures.
The Application Process

Design & Sample
Pattern, colour scheme and sealer agreed — a reference sample or panel prepared for sign-off.
Pour & Stamp
Sub-base prepared → slab poured → colour hardener & release → stamped to pattern → cured.
Seal & Handover
Surface cleaned, protective sealer applied, final inspection and written warranty.
