What is ZENFLOR Sovereign (ZF-500)?
ZENFLOR Sovereign is POLYZEN's flagship three-part, self-levelling epoxy flooring system. It is formulated for heavy-traffic, high-load and chemically aggressive environments where a seamless, durable and easy-to-clean monolithic floor is required. Supplied as a pre-measured kit, formulated and manufactured by POLYZEN.
A Pre-Measured System
ZENFLOR Sovereign is built from three POLYZEN materials, each supplied as a pre-measured kit and covered by its own Technical Data Sheet. The section is built up in quartz-filled levelling layers and finished with a pigmented wearing coat — 3 mm standard, with 4 mm and 5 mm project builds for the severest duty.
ZENPRIME 100
Solvent-free epoxy primer that penetrates and seals the slab, with adhesion on damp and green concrete. 0.18 kg/m².
ZENLEVEL 200 — 2.0 mm
Quartz-filled self-levelling underlay carrying the load economically and closing the slab. 4.00 kg/m². Placed in two passes of 1.5 mm for the 4 / 5 mm builds.
ZENTOP SL 100 — 1.0 mm
Pigmented self-levelling wearing coat, filler graded to 0.3 mm. 2.00 kg/m². The 5 mm build uses ZENTOP SL 200 at 2.0 mm instead.
Mix ratio, pack weights and cure data are published on the product Technical Data Sheet (TDS). Formulation is proprietary to POLYZEN.
