What is ZENFLOR Pro (ZF-300)?
ZENFLOR Pro is POLYZEN's three-part, self-levelling epoxy flooring system. It delivers a smooth, seamless, hard-wearing monolithic floor for industrial, commercial and institutional spaces that need durability and easy maintenance at a practical build. Supplied as a pre-measured kit, formulated and manufactured by POLYZEN.
A Pre-Measured System
ZENFLOR Pro is built from three POLYZEN materials, each supplied as a pre-measured kit and covered by its own Technical Data Sheet. Layers are applied in sequence to a 2 mm seamless section — nothing is weighed or blended on site.
ZENPRIME 100
Solvent-free epoxy primer that penetrates and seals the slab, with adhesion on damp and green concrete. 0.18 kg/m².
ZENLEVEL 200 — 1.0 mm
Quartz-filled self-levelling underlay that corrects the slab and closes its pores, so the wearing coat cures glass-flat. 2.00 kg/m².
ZENTOP SL 100 — 1.0 mm
Pigmented self-levelling wearing coat, filler graded to 0.3 mm so no aggregate telegraphs through. 2.00 kg/m².
Mix ratio, pack weights and cure data are published on the product Technical Data Sheet (TDS). Formulation is proprietary to POLYZEN.
