ZENLEVEL200 · SELF-LEVELLING UNDERLAY
Builds thickness and levels irregular concrete — the sound, closed base that a wearing coat needs underneath it.
What is ZENLEVEL 200?
ZENLEVEL 200 is a three-component, solvent-free, quartz-filled self-levelling epoxy underlay. It builds thickness, levels irregular concrete and provides a sound, closed base for POLYZEN wearing coats. The binder is cured with a benzyl-alcohol-free phenalkamine hardener, giving rapid cure and reliable adhesion including on damp substrates. The material is spread with a trowel, squeegee or pin screed and immediately spike rolled. It is supplied unpigmented, as it is always overcoated.
A Pre-Measured System
Supplied as a pre-measured kit. Mix full kits only, exactly as supplied — no part-mixing and no site additions. The Part C bag weight matches one kit, so nothing is weighed on site.
| Component | Quantity | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Part A — Base | 5.0 kg | Epoxy resin, reactive-diluent modified |
| Part B — Hardener | 2.5 kg | Phenalkamine, benzyl alcohol free |
| Part C — Filler | 15.0 kg | Graded quartz, max particle size 0.6 mm |
| Kit total | 22.5 kg | Part C bag is sized to one kit |
The filler grading is proprietary to POLYZEN and is not disclosed.
How Far Does a Kit Go?
| Basis | Value | Coverage per 22.5 kg kit |
|---|---|---|
| Theoretical, level substrate | 1.79 kg/m² per mm | 12.6 m² at 1 mm |
| Practical, site conditions | 2.00 kg/m² per mm | 11.25 m² at 1 mm |
The practical figure allows for surface profile and normal wastage and is the value to be used for estimating.

The Full Build-Up
ZENLEVEL sits between the primer and the wearing coat. A complete POLYZEN floor is built from a primer, an optional levelling underlay, the wearing coat and — where an anti-skid or decorative profile is required — a broadcast aggregate.
