What is ZENDECK Park (ZK-100)?
ZENDECK Park is POLYZEN's heavy-duty epoxy parking deck flooring system. A broadcast build of epoxy and graded aggregate creates a tough, abrasion- and tyre-resistant, anti-skid surface engineered for car parks and vehicular decks — line-marking ready and easy to maintain. Supplied as a pre-measured kit, formulated and manufactured by POLYZEN.
A Pre-Measured System
ZENDECK Park is built on site from four POLYZEN materials, each supplied as a pre-measured kit and covered by its own Technical Data Sheet. Coarse quartz is broadcast to refusal into the wet base layer, de-sanded after cure, and locked with a clear seal coat.

Consumption figures are practical site values including normal wastage — use them for estimating. Broadcast figures are the quantity retained; broadcasting to refusal needs more material on site, and the excess is swept, vacuumed and reused. Mix ratios, pack weights and cure data are published on each product Technical Data Sheet. Filler and formulation detail is proprietary to POLYZEN.
